Another Office Refurb Completed. Boom!

Yes, that’s right, we’ve just completed another office refurb and this one was rather special. Not because it was the biggest project, nor the most creative or eccentric. Nor did it have the biggest budget.

No, this office refurb was special because it was another project for one of our existing clients – the award-winning technology services provider, IT Lab. They appointed us to design and refurbish their new 9,000 sq ft office in London to support their continued expansion.

We’d previously delivered a Cat A refit of IT Lab’s offices in Putney, but their growth was such that they needed a new space. Guess what? They wasted no time getting in touch with us to assist them.

It’s been great working with IT Lab again. We’re big fans of their obsession with customer service, something that fits very well with our culture too.

So what was the brief I hear you ask.?!

Essentially to create a ‘plug and play’ office space, with dynamic workspaces that encourage collaboration and to give the space a general spruce up. The new office space had to provide a platform for their continued growth, so it had to provide enough space but also the right atmosphere for its team too.

For this project we provided:

  • Planning and budget costs for the executive leadership to review
  • License to alter and pre-construction consultancy
  • Value engineering and cost analysis
  • A full package of construction drawings and plans
  • Refurbishment works on site, with full project management

It’s been a quick and efficient project that we’ve been delighted to work on. Thanks to the team at IT Lab for asking us to once again work on an office refurb project for them.
