CCWS created a 6,000 sq ft Farringdon workplace for the global men’s-health charity, designed to expand and contract around changing teams and intense campaign periods.
Movember needed an inspirational, brand-appropriate base with enough flexibility to respond to the changing rhythm of a global campaign organisation.
The workplace had to support everyday teams, temporary increases in activity, collaboration, concentrated work and social connection — all within a fixed charity budget.
CCWS introduced flexible work settings, hot desks, booth meeting areas and a balance of collaborative and quieter spaces. The plan allows teams to use the office differently as campaign demands change rather than forcing one fixed pattern throughout the year.
Rustic timber, exposed metalwork, planting, playful detailing and Movember’s identity give the space an individual industrial character. Reclaimed and upcycled elements helped direct spend towards the parts of the project that mattered most.
The project combined building-services upgrades and workplace infrastructure with the full fit-out. Café and bar-style social space sits alongside meeting booths and open work areas, creating a workplace that supports both activity and decompression.
Delivery was completed over six weeks, requiring design decisions, procurement and construction to stay closely connected.

Movember gained a workplace able to flex with its campaign cycle while maintaining a clear, upbeat identity every day.
The client described a happy working environment and a flexible space that exceeded expectations — and the project became part of a repeat relationship with CCWS.
“The experience of working with CCWS Interiors has been fantastic. They have delivered an office that has exceeded our expectations and has resulted in a very happy working environment with a great flexible space.”
