The brief
CCWS delivered a 3,713 sq ft workplace for technology business SamKnows at 135 Park Street, Southwark, combining warm, informal working and social space with a comprehensive technical fit-out.
The scope covered partitions, Crittall-style glazing, feature lighting, electrical and data systems, kitchen, heating and cooling, showers and WCs, flooring, bespoke joinery and furniture.
Herringbone flooring, black-framed glazing, feature lighting and custom joinery give the workplace a domestic and hospitality-led warmth, while upgraded welfare and building services support the practical demands of the team.
