CCWS transformed approximately 14,300 sq ft at Telephone House into a substantial headquarters for Online Fashion Retailer, bringing open work, meetings, hospitality and social space together within a softer editorial palette.
This Online Fashion Retailer needed a headquarters with the scale and infrastructure to support a growing luxury fashion and technology business, without losing the calm, curated quality of the brand.
The plan had to combine a large open workplace with extensive meeting provision, quieter settings and social spaces, while resolving the full technical demands of a Cat A and Cat B project.
CCWS developed a fashion-led interior built around curved forms, muted colour, planting and layered lounge settings. The arrival and meet-and-greet spaces establish a softer tone, while collaboration lounges, quiet zones and a bar-style setting give the floor different rhythms.
The design avoids treating the headquarters as one continuous open plan. Instead, it creates a sequence of useful destinations that support meeting, focus, conversation and hospitality.
The scope included strip-out, partitions, ceilings, lighting, electrical systems, data, AV coordination, heating and cooling, fire systems, plumbing, finishes, kitchen, furniture and joinery.
Major services and technical work sit behind an intentionally restrained visual language. That contrast — substantial infrastructure delivered without making the workplace feel heavy — is central to the project.

Inspirational workplaces that reflect our clients’ brand, culture and ambition.
