Advania: a new chapter at One New Change

CCWS supported the relocation of Advania’s UK head office to One New Change, a prestigious building in St Paul’s, London. The 8,880 sq ft workplace brings together refreshed interiors, upgraded facilities and a consistent expression of the Advania brand.

Advania is a Northern European information technology services and consulting provider. Its relocation to One New Change required a workplace that reflected its brand identity and supported day-to-day operations.

Our relationship with the client began in 2017 under the IT Lab brand, continuing through its transition to Content + Cloud in 2020 and Advania in 2023. Across all three brands, we have delivered projects in Cape Town, Cardiff, Scotland, Reading, Manchester, Bradford and Leeds, as well as at a large data centre in Milton Keynes.

Building on this longstanding relationship, CCWS refurbished the new UK head office to create a cohesive workplace aligned with Advania’s branding.

The works combined redecoration throughout with upgraded meeting rooms and boardroom facilities, new carpeting and the addition of a satellite tea point.

The refurbishment covered the full 8,880 sq ft space, coordinating decorative finishes and practical improvements across the office.

Electrical and data systems were upgraded alongside the interior works to support the day-to-day operation of the new headquarters.
