Aldgate: useful shared space from lift lobby to boardroom

At this Aldgate serviced-office project, CCWS developed the member and visitor journey across the lift lobby, lounge reception, boardroom and kitchen breakout.

The lounge reception provides a softer arrival and an informal place to pause or meet. The boardroom supports more formal client use, while the kitchen breakout gives members a shared social setting away from private office space.

Coordinating the finishes and furniture across each zone creates a consistent building identity and makes circulation and amenity space commercially useful rather than leftover.
