The brief

Banking Circle first appointed CCWS to create an approximately 5,600 sq ft London workplace at 24 King William Street. The finished project became the starting point for later appointments in Copenhagen and Luxembourg.

The London scheme centred on a dramatic boardroom with curved glass and a double-height volume, supported by writing walls, flexible collaboration areas and a relaxed coffee-shop-style breakout setting.

The plan brought natural light deeper into the workplace and provided alternatives to formal rooms and fixed desks. Scandinavian furniture and a restrained material language gave the office clarity without making it cold.
