The brief
CCWS designed and fitted out a 2,605 sq ft workplace for Centre for Cities at 9 Holyrood Street, creating a flexible setting for research, meetings, presentations, focused work and social interaction.
Partitions and glazing establish meeting and focus areas, while a flexible presentation room allows the organisation to host different formats without giving permanent space to one occasional use.
The scope also included lighting, electrical and data systems, landlord remediation, kitchen and plumbing, showers, finishes, joinery, graphics and a café-style breakout area.
