The brief

At Charles Street, CCWS refurbished the office accommodation and the common parts that shape a prospective occupier’s first impression: entrance, lobby, landings, core areas and the floors themselves.

The works coordinated lighting, electrical distribution, heating and cooling, ceilings, raised-access flooring, office finishes and reception improvements.

Treating the entrance and circulation as part of the same project created a more coherent experience than refurbishing the office floors in isolation. Materials and lighting improve clarity, condition and confidence without competing with a future tenant fit-out.
