The brief
CCWS refurbished 2,215 sq ft for Dynamo Analytics at 100 Fenchurch Street, creating a compact workplace with flexible meeting space and carefully reused existing elements.
The scope included strip-out and reconfiguration, meeting rooms, reused glazing, electrical and data work, lighting, heating and cooling, flooring, decoration, kitchen, furniture and joinery.
Retained glazing and refinished black doors reduced unnecessary replacement while giving the smaller floor a clear identity. Efficient planning balances open work, meetings and support functions without overcrowding the space.

A flexible, efficient workplace with a stronger finish and lower material waste than a replace-everything approach. Archive records also show an ongoing client relationship.
