The brief
CCWS delivered a 3,229 sq ft Cat B fit-out for Kepler Interactive at Leonard Circus, creating an open creative studio supported by acoustically controlled meeting and focus rooms.
The works included strip-out, acoustic partitions, glazed meeting rooms and doors, ceilings, lighting, electrical and data systems, fire-alarm work, heating and cooling adaptations, flooring and decoration.
Black-framed glazing and a darker material palette give the space a confident identity, while acoustic separation supports the practical contrast between open studio activity and focused conversation.
