A 14,137 sq ft occupier-ready project for 10SJP and incoming tenant Jigsaw at Kew Studios, delivered over an eight-week programme.

The brief
CCWS completed the works to Units 2 and 3 at Kew Studios for landlord 10SJP and incoming tenant Jigsaw. The successful delivery led to a substantially larger second appointment at 3 Water Lane, Richmond.
The project included space planning and reconfiguration, partitions and ceilings, heating and cooling adaptations, joinery and built-in furniture, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, decoration, signage, loose-furniture relocation and installation, testing, coordination and making good.
Working between landlord requirements and incoming-tenant needs demanded clear decisions about scope, responsibility and what needed to be completed before occupation.

The response
A completed, occupier-ready workplace for Jigsaw and a strong repeat-business outcome: 10SJP subsequently appointed CCWS for the enabling and strip-out project at 3 Water Lane.
