The brief
At 25 Lavington Street, CCWS created a serviced and managed workplace centred on a welcoming reception lounge, atrium seating, meeting space and flexible workspace.
The shared areas are designed as useful places in their own right. Reception supports arrival and informal conversation; the atrium becomes a social and touchdown setting; meeting rooms and workspace give occupiers choice beyond their private office.
A consistent furniture and finishes language connects these different uses while allowing the building to feel more like a considered workplace than a collection of leased rooms.
