The brief
This Putney Cat A project prepared an open-plan office floor and upgraded WC accommodation as a flexible, well-presented base for future occupation.
The design keeps the floor bright, legible and adaptable, allowing different occupiers to understand how the space might work without inheriting unnecessary tenant-specific decisions.
Core finishes and amenities were treated as part of the letting proposition, helping the completed floor feel considered rather than merely empty.
