This Shoreditch Cat A refurbishment focused on preparing open-plan office accommodation and its supporting amenities as a clean, flexible base for future occupation.
The office floor was presented as open, adaptable accommodation rather than a speculative imitation of one tenant’s workplace. Attention to core finishes, services presentation and natural light allows prospective occupiers to understand the volume and potential quickly.
Upgraded WC and lobby areas support the overall quality of the floor and ensure the parts outside the desk zone receive the same level of care.
